ANZAC DAY – 2020

Anzac Day, 25 April, is one of Australia’s most important national occasions. It is a day of remembrance that marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. It commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders who have served in both war and peacekeeping operations.

Anzac Day serves as an opportunity to remember our Fairfield soldiers, particularly the young men that left our shores to serve in the First World War. Follow the link below for more information on many of these remarkable young men.
